​Welcome to the Queen’s Sports Industry Committee (QSIC) — where passion meets purpose.

Founded over sixteen years ago, QSIC has grown into one of Canada’s premier undergraduate organizations for students aspiring to break into the sports industry. What began as a single conference has evolved into a year-round platform that educates, connects, and empowers the next generation of sports business leaders.

At QSIC, we believe that the sports industry is about more than just what happens on the field — it’s a global business that blends innovation, storytelling, strategy, and culture. Our mission is to provide students from all backgrounds with the tools, experiences, and network to thrive in this space. Through immersive events, speaker panels, skill-building workshops, and our flagship Queen’s Sports Industry Conference, we open doors to careers in sports marketing, analytics, media, consulting, sponsorship, and beyond.
